Hello👋

I'm a UX Researcher with over three years of experience working across B2B and B2C products. Leveraging a background in psychology and HCI, I apply creative research methodologies to uncover insights that drive user-centered design solutions. My passion for understanding human behavior enables me to craft research approaches that answer key questions and inform strategic design decisions.

I hold a master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan, where I honed my skills in both qualitative and quantitative research. Before this, I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.

My background in psychology has taught me the basics of human behavior, motivation, perception, and cognition. Combining this fundamental knowledge with my qualitative and quantitative research skills, I strive to actively identify user problems and select the most appropriate methods to understand them better. My goal is to always think from the users' perspective and translate their pain points into unbiased and empathetic design decisions that best promote positive user experiences. I thrive on collaborating with cross-functional teams to create meaningful, intuitive experiences that solve real-world problems.

Because UX is such an interdisciplinary field, I am also pushing myself to continuously learn new skills such as Python programming, web design, data analyses, product management, and information visualization because I want to be able to speak the language of designers, PMs, data scientists, and engineers.
